Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

All products sold by First Coast Supply are custom orders. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions noted above when placing a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Defective Products: Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify your sales specialist immediately. If you notice the defect after the delivery, while still in the covered warranty period, you can contact the product’s manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature or can be obtained by contacting your sales specialist.

Damaged Products: All Product(s) will be delivered by one of our experienced delivery teams. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Please know that cosmetic damage detected at delivery is covered by most manufacturer’s warranties and the damaged part may be able to be replaced quickly and at no charge to you. If a new item is your preference, we will be happy to reorder the damaged unit. Please keep in mind, we have no control over how long that takes but will do our best to get the new unit out as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy Our ship dates are based on availability from the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice. Please be assured that every effort on our part will be made to acquire and have ready to ship your order per your requested delivery date. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. At this time, we will confirm a delivery date, time range and request any info regarding special conditions in place that would need to be addressed to complete your order. Deliveries can not be confirmed until final payment is received.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be charged at the appropriate rate in effect for the delivery zip code.
